Maybe we should swap pieces? I'm dividing some soon, and will pot up some pieces. Maybe an iris swap at my July Fern Walk??? And I'm sorry to hear about your dog, you must miss him or her.... I know I'll miss Kip some day. But not yet, not yet.Lishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16816600563832631710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7191776294612983889.post-45198715745893795762014-05-28T11:20:06.826-07:002014-05-28T11:20:06.826-07:00Thank you for your kind words, Jenny! The variegated leaf forms don't have as pretty flowers, in my opinion. And I totally agree with you about the spring flowers!Lishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16816600563832631710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7191776294612983889.post-27759406394411138012014-05-28T06:56:26.177-07:002014-05-28T06:56:26.177-07:00Thank you for showing us your lovely woodland gard...Thank you for showing us your lovely woodland garden, your dwarf bearded iris are gorgeous. I just have a couple but will certainly buy more as they come in such wonderful colours and they are perfumed too! I agree with you, the ajuga looks super with your ferns. I used to love early morning walks with my old dog, unfortunately it is just me now, it isn't the same.Paulinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16057764572761794703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7191776294612983889.post-8252561260555695042014-05-27T13:27:28.646-07:002014-05-27T13:27:28.646-07:00Your woodland planting is beautiful. The yellow blood-root certainly goes well with the forget-me-nots. I find so many of the spring flowers have a sweetness to them; the summer and fall flowers are more robust and sometimes bossy.Jennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01816796977553847916noreply@blogger.com
